If for any reason you are not satisfied with your treasure, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  If the products are bespoke/customised to your specification or specifically ordered for you i.e it's a special pre-order we can not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

We don't accept refunds.

Non-exchangable items

Custom made products, clearance items, specific orders of a customer and our giftcards are not refundable. We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside the return period, or that aren't in the original packaging or in an unsellable condition. 

When you want to return your order to us, please send us an e-mail at and include your order and payment confirmations.

You can send the items to our warehouse, please note that the shipping costs are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted the item will be refunded within 10 working days.
