Simple Plus Bed
SIMPLE BARIERRA PLUS is a classic bed with a scandinavian-style with a headboard.
By purchasing the SIMPLE BARIERRA PLUS bed, you receive a complete bed frame with a slatted base, vertical beams, covers, and the headboard as shown in the photos.
You'll also receive all assembly components, screws, and water-based glue (essential for bonding bed parts where wooden pegs connect pieces during assembly).

MATERIAL:
The beds
are made of high quality pine plywood, 1st class.
Laminated wood is more durable than solid wood, does not crack, and is free from knots or flaws.
All parts are hand- and machine-sanded for a smooth finish with rounded edges.
SLATTED BASE:
The slatted base is included in the product price and consists of flexible, unconnected slats.
Each slat attaches to the bed frame with pockets provided in the slatted base set.
When choosing the bed size 200x120 or 200x140, the slatted base is flat, knotty, and made of solid wood.
DIMENSIONS:
Height of the longer vertical beams is 77 cm.
Height of the shorter vertical beams is 29 cm.
A standard height of bed legs is 19,5 cm.
The bed legs are made of 45/65 mm elements.
The bed frame is made of 90/20 mm elements.
Headboard height is approx. 48,5 cm.
SIMPLE BARIERRA PLUS is the option with the drawer/drawers.
WHEN CHOOSING A BED SIZE OF 200X120 OR 200X140, YOU WILL RECEIVE A DRAWER/DRAWERS WITH A WIDTH OF 100 CM.
What is more, there is an option of the DRAWER WITH SLEEPING FUNCTION. You get the drawer with the additional base for the mattress instead of a regular drawer.
The drawer becomes the additional bed.
A drawer front is 18 cm high.
You can choose between two types of the handles:
- a milled handle,
- a rope handle.
NOTE!
Add 9 cm to the total bed length and width.

MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE BED IS 100 KG.
MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE SLEEPING DRAWER IS 80 KG.
VARNISHING:
The beds are painted with water-based, odorless, eco-friendly paints.
Water-based paint is hypoallergenic and safe for children.
The Dark Walnut color is achieved using a water-based wood stain, and the surface is finished with a clear varnish that protects the wood and highlights its natural grain.
Please note, the colors shown are for reference and may vary depending on monitor settings (brightness, contrast).
MATTRESS:
Mattresses are not included in the bed set.
You may select a suitable mattress in the "Mattresses" section.
Selecting a size on the website refers to the mattress size.
The mattress sits within the bed frame by 3 cm.
Please choose mattresses with a thickness of 15-20 cm max.
With a 10 cm mattress, a child sleeps at a height of approx. 36 cm.
When choosing a drawer mattress, subtract 10 cm from the length from the selected bed size.
(i.e. bed 160/80 = mattress 150/80)
The drawer mattress should have a maximum thickness of 9 cm.
