Buying the BIANCO you get a complete bed frame with a base for a mattress, vertical beams, a mini-roof and the set of rails presented in the photos.
You also get all the elements to assemble a bed, screws and water based glue (essential in assembly process to glue the bed elements together where they are jointed with wooden pegs.)
MATERIAL:
Beds are made of high quality pine plywood, 1st class.
Plywood is more resilient than solid wood, it does not crack and is free of defects (knots).
All the elements are hand or mechanically sanded, they are smooth and their edges are rounded.
BED BASE:
A bed base is included in a price, it consists of resilient slats that are not connected.
Each slat attaches to the bed frame with pockets provided in the slatted base set.
When choosing the bed size 200x120 or 200x140, the slatted base is flat, knotty, and made of solid wood.
BED ENTRY:
Front rail detachable - universal.
Possibility of mounting the rail on either side (right - left).
NOTE!
Visible additional holes in the front frame element of the bed, vertical beam, and front rail.
DIMENSIONS:
Height of the vertical beams to the roof is 90 cm.
The total height of BIANCO model depends on the width of the chosen bed:
- a bed 60 cm wide – the total height at the highest point - 125 cm,
- a bed 70 cm wide – the total height at the highest point - 130 cm,
- a bed 80 cm wide – the total height at the highest point - 135 cm,
- a bed 90 cm wide – the total height at the highest point - 140 cm,
- a bed 100 cm wide - the total height at the highest point - 145 cm.
A standard height of bed legs is 10 cm.
The bed legs are made of 45/65 mm elements.
The bed frame is made of 90/20 mm elements.
Taking into account a mattress with a thickness of 10 cm, a child sleeps at a height of 27 cm.
In a standard option the BIANCO bed is equipped with a front rail that is 1/2 of the bed length and can be removed.
The total height of the rails from the bed frame is about 30 cm.
The spaces between the bars are about 5 cm wide.
To get the overall size of the bed you need to add 9 cm to the given length and width.
When you choose a size given on the website you get the size of the mattress.
MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE BED IS 100 KG.
VARNISHING:
The beds are varnished with water based paints, which are odourless and ecological.
The water based paint is hypoallergenic and child safe.
The Dark Walnut color is achieved using a water-based wood stain, and the surface is finished with a clear varnish that protects the wood and highlights its natural grain.
