From a pile of wood that has been reclaimed, the usable beams are then hand selected by skilled craftsmen. With an experienced eye, they choose the wood with the right thickness, appearance and colour. This is a lengthy process that makes the wood more precious. Each finished product has a rustic natural look. All imperfections such as tassels and cracks are still visible. Almost nothing has been done in post-processing, except sanding and brushing the wood.Materials:Recycled wood.Maintenance:- Wipe regularly with a slightly damp or dry duster without heavy stitching to avoid scratches.- Avoid all cleaning tools with a rough surface.- Do not use detergents or cleaning agents containing ammonia.- If you do not treat the sideboard (which is not necessary!), it will acquire a natural patina after some time.- If desired, you can use any type of wax, teak oil or varnish. Do this in an inconspicuous area first, as this will darken the wood.
