Oak generally dries very slowly, which can cause the natural process of cracking and discoloration. Oak is a natural product which deserves a visible stage, which is why we only use natural-based lacquers and coatings which do justice to the grain marks and natural characteristics of oak. The oak wood in our collections is always FSC mixed certified. The metal in our collections has various finishes, such as: powder coating and brass/antique brass. A powder coating provides a luxurious matte look and protects the metal for life. A powder coating is a lacquer that is attached to the metal using high temperatures. Keep the furniture dust-free regularly with a clean, dry cloth. Remove damp stains immediately with a slightly damp cloth and neutral detergent, let the wood air dry. Always observe the basic protection for wood, such as using a trivet under a drinking glass or hot pan. In case of damage, consult a specialized paint store for possible furniture re-treatment. All our metals in the collection have been thoroughly treated and therefore do not require re-treatment. Should the metal be damaged, please consult a specialized paint store. Treated metal is easy to keep clean with a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent, drying the surface afterwards ensures a streak-free result. Delivery The table top and table leg are delivered separately. It is easy to assemble using the supplied assembly instruction. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside of the legs.
